our lives have intersected

by Susan Thesenga

Asha has been a friend, teacher, co-teacher, and spiritual companion for decades. Most recently I read her artistic journal of her 40 Days Alone on the mountain above her house. I so enjoyed that immersion in Pure Asha. I knew the outer territory — having spent several retreat times there myself. And I loved the inner territory described and illustrated so movingly by her. Some moments were familiar, some were expanding and all were precious and deepening. Lovely to read, my dear friend. Godspeed on the wonderful new adventure of your life now. I am with you often in Spirit. I loved the Gallery exhibit and enjoyed meeting others who love you. The illustrations for The Undefended Self were there as well — and that was a joy to see the originals. That was just one of the many times our lives have intersected. And I am grateful for every such time. I love you.

Love abounds, Susan
